Directors, Associate Directors and Senior Management of the Practice have during their careers been in
senior management positions with national and international consultants and contractors, and
therefore have considerable experience in design and contract administration of projects both in the UK
and overseas. This experience is particularly useful in understanding client's requirements and
programme demands to suit any construction programme in an efficient manner.

occupier to assist his facilities Management systems.
Maintainable services in accordance with Statutory Regulations are paramount in our design and
Quality Engineering System Management Procedures.
In addition our Project Management expertise, commissioning consultancy, maintenance and customer
support services for all sizes of Building Services installations, including fast track projects, is second to
none.
When required site based teams can be provided to co-ordinate the installation workmanship,
standards, material specifications and manage the commissioning during the installation phase. The Practice emphasises the importance of Health and Safety in both its designs and the future
maintenance of the Services installations. Particular attention is paid to ensure comprehensive
operating and maintenance and record drawing documentation is provided on each project |
