This included assessing as to whether the existing utility services including water, gas,
electrical services and drainage were suitable for the increased loads.

Internal mechanical services included comfort cooling, heating, new boiler house and general
ventilation services. Electrical services include main switch panels, small power, general and
specialist lighting, fire alarms and containment systems for IT and intruder alarms. Public
health services include bulk water storage and conditioning, domestic hot water generation,
piped distribution and above ground drainage.
