A new research centre, pathology institute, laboratory, offices and data centre for Oxford
University. The building has replaced the existing Leslie Martin building.

The new building comprises four floors of laboratories and offices with a £5 million data
centre integrated into the basement for OCUS (Oxford University Computer Services).

Long and Partners carried out the detailed design and sustainability services for all building
services from concept stage to practical completion, the project was completed in October
2010.
